Argyll Scott Thailand, a Hydrogen Group's recruitment consultancy firm, is working with a global leading pharmaceutical company in Thailand. Now, they are urgently looking for a Data Scientist Lead to join their team in Bangkok to generate, analyze, model, and visualize data to enable data-informed decision making, and to promote a data driven culture by understanding our organization's data needs, and delivering relevant actionable insights.
Responsibilities:
- Work on the data strategy
- Collaborate closely with other business units
- Manage data project portfolio
- Support and drive implementation of innovative solutions
- Collaborate with global & regional team
Qualifications:
- Master's or PhD in computer science, statistics, mathematics, or a related field
- At least 4 years of experience in data science, with a proven track record of delivering high-impact projects from MNC background, pharmaceutical or medical device exposure preferred
- Strong leadership skills, with experience leading and mentoring data science teams
- Deep expertise in statistical modeling, machine learning, and data analysis
- Strong programming skills in Python, R, or other relevant languages
- Experience working with large and complex datasets, including data wrangling, data cleaning, and feature engineering
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate complex data science concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively to drive results
- Fluent and confident in English and native a speaker
