Customer Service Manager (Order to Cash)
Salary: 150 KB per Month
The Successful Profile needs to have;
- Experience in managing OTC process
- Experience in managing Customer Financial
- Experience in managing team
Our Client:
Our partner is a global FMCG company. They operate more than 70 years producing food products sending across the globe. Currently, they are looking for an experienced customer service talent to lead customer service team and plan strategy to ensure effective operation and cost minimization.
Responsibility:
- Lead and manage the OTC process (Order Management, stock allocation) for Thailand to ensure operation effectiveness, on time delivery
- Lead and monitor Case Fill Rate (CFR)
- Receiving incoming orders, reviewing, entering into the system and collaborate with 3PL/4PL
- Responsible for Customer Financial Risk and Transaction planning to ensure Account Receivable overdue is within target
- Managing issues or customer complaints and providing recovery plan
- Coach, manage, and develop customer service team to achieve company target, build up career path, and set up successor
Key Requirements:
The successful candidate will have extensive experience in Customer Service, Account Receivable, Supply Chain and Logistics preferred in FMCG Company. You will have a Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, or relevant field and It is highly desirable that you will have:
- Experience in Team management
- Experience in Order to cash, 3PL/4PL Process
- SAP and ERP knowledge is required
- Experience in financial analysis of Supply Chains operations
- Excellent analytical, problem solving and organizational skills
Fair in both written and spoken English is highly desirable
