Customer Service Manager - E-Commerce - Retail - Supply Chain - International Company - UP TO 70,000 Baht a Month Plus Bonus + Benefits - Thai National Only

The Client

My client is an international E-Commerce company who provides full end to end E-Commerce Supply Chain Solutions to retailers / sellers and customers / buyers.

The Role

  • Actively managing the ''Incoming Calls'' department in the contact center.
  • Manage and Lead effectively to control and monitor contact center agents.
  • Support Customer Service Manager in daily operations and strategic improvements.
  • Monitor KPIs to identify areas to improve customer experience and service.
  • Manage day to day Customer Service operations to meet service commitment level.
  • Escalate problems or issues to reduce the impact on customer satisfaction.

The Person

**Thai National only** with a strong background in Customer Service Contact Center Management ****

  • 5 + years Customer Service in a Contact Center
  • Customer Service Management
