The Client
My client is an international E-Commerce company who provides full end to end E-Commerce Supply Chain Solutions to retailers / sellers and customers / buyers.
The Role
- Actively managing the ''Incoming Calls'' department in the contact center.
- Manage and Lead effectively to control and monitor contact center agents.
- Support Customer Service Manager in daily operations and strategic improvements.
- Monitor KPIs to identify areas to improve customer experience and service.
- Manage day to day Customer Service operations to meet service commitment level.
- Escalate problems or issues to reduce the impact on customer satisfaction.
The Person
**Thai National only** with a strong background in Customer Service Contact Center Management ****
- 5 + years Customer Service in a Contact Center
- Customer Service Management
