Our Technology team is working with our client, country's leading retailer who is looking for an experienced Customer Analytics Senior Manager. If you are interested in online retail industry and have passion in dealing with data, please check out the details below.

What you will do:

- Be responsible of customer's shopping behavioral analysis and campaign response/success rate
- Provide business insights and recommendation to stakeholders
- Work with large datasets and high volume transactions
- Manage CRM platform, customer database to support marketing activities
- Present findings and suggestions to management and business

What you ideally have:

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing, MIS, Data Science or related field
- Familiarity with SAS, SQL, BI, R, Python, SPSS or any statistic tools
- Experiences in Big Data/ Data analytics / Database Management
- Good skills in English communication and presentation skills
