Our client, a global player in the FMCG industry are expanding their Digital team. They are looking to on board a CRM Manager for their market leading categories in the Middle East.
You will be responsible for managing the organization's CRM ensuring the company can make the most out of marketing opportunities it offers. Majority of resource/time investment will be online.
Responsibilities include; Planning CRM strategies encouraging customer retention and customer loyalty, customer journey mapping, analyzing touch points and thereby maximizing commercial opportunities.
