Our client is a global leading outsourcing MNC which the main service is to provide different solutions to clients in many industries. They are looking for a "Country Manager" to lead on overall business strategy, experience in managing call center, to run P&L, and manage a big team both Thai and Expats. The qualified candidate must have an understanding of operations from complex Human Resource issues to technical infrastructure with solid interpersonal, communication, project management, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities

· Report directly to the expat Director and manage a large team both Thais and Expats

· Responsible for the success of the expansion by overseeing all aspects of the business

· Responsible for managing all operations within a country - oversee P&L, quality targets, as well as manage clients' expectation and satisfaction

· Hold the team and partner accountable to deliver on their responsibilities and results - empowering them to deliver in the best way they see fit

· Network effectively with local clients and develop strong professional relationships

· Create a managerial environment in-country to lead, enable and maintain our culture of making positive change

· The role is expected to recruit and manage staff, including performance monitoring, and possibly mentoring and training

· Take responsibility for own personal and professional development

Qualifications

  • Master's degree, MBA or other relevant fields, strongly preferred
  • 10+ years of experience in management in an international business setting
  • Ability to thrive in high-pressure situations, outstanding negotiating and project management skills
  • Expert level knowledge in managing call center, set up call center with a depth understanding on business outsourcing process
  • Overall understanding of operations from complex Human Resource issues to technical infrastructure
  • High level of executive maturity that enables one to develop strong client partnerships
  • Excellent communication, presentation, analytical, and people management skills
  • Dynamic, Versatile, Critical thinking, Positive attitude, and Hands-on with solid stakeholder management skills
