Job Description:

We're in search of a skilled Digital Content Strategist to take the reins of our content development efforts and assist us in enhancing our online visibility. The perfect candidate should possess industry experience and a robust comprehension of the fintech/payment service landscape.

Responsibilities:

  • Devise and execute a comprehensive content strategy that aligns seamlessly with company objectives and the brand's tone.
  • Work in tandem with marketing, design, and product groups to craft captivating and enlightening content across all platforms.
  • Scrutinize metrics gauging content performance and utilize data-driven insights to enhance both our content and strategic approach.
  • Remain up-to-date with industry trends and customer requirements to ensure the pertinence and efficacy of our content.
  • Supervise and manage the entire content lifecycle.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of three years of hands-on experience in content strategy, particularly within the fintech/payment services sector.
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills in the English language.
  • Demonstrated expertise in crafting successful content strategies and executing corresponding plans.
  • Profound comprehension of content metrics and the analysis of performance.
  • Proficiency in using content management systems and pertinent content creation tools.
  • Proficient collaboration skills across diverse teams.
  • A bachelor's degree in marketing, communication, journalism, or a related field is a beneficial addition.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with SEO and web traffic metrics.
  • Prior involvement in managing social media.
  • Comprehension of the regulatory framework within the fintech/payments domain.
