A global and innovative fashion client is looking for a Consumer Insights Executive/Senior Executive to join its regional office in Singapore.
Reporting to the department head, you will make sense out of the voluminous and complex customers transactions data and turn them into commercial insights, leverage and communicate this intelligence to support the individual countries in achieving their business KPIs.
This is a regional role and you will have high interfaces with other regional departments and local markets.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver laser-sharp and commercial analysis across highly dynamic environments and expectations, including but not limited to localising global dashboards, customising individual market's insights, analysing sales vis-à-vis customers reports, partnering cross-departments projects
- Educate stores teams in using CRM tools and maintaining high standards of data integrity alongside complying with personal data protection regulations, in tandem, you will be supporting HQ in data hygiene maintenance
Key requirements
- In similar capacity as Consumer Insights executive with good regional exposure to business and stakeholders
- Online or omnichannel in beauty, luxury, retail background will be highly appreciated
- Strong proficiency and hands-on experience in BI tools (including Salesforce, SAP, Tableau) alongside advance level in Microsoft Excel and statistical techniques
- Proven ability in business writing and presentations
- Above all, a strong and trusted team player
