Job purpose
Reporting to CFO, commercial controller will be Business partner for marketing and commercial team and responsible for for Commercial analysis, Budgeting, Long range planning, and monitoring of actual result of the commercial team
Commercial Control Manager will be responsible as Finance Controller of SG Philippines and SG Myanmar
Key Accountabilities
- Business partner for marketing and commercial team
- Price and Margin analysis for key products and customers, special for promotions, make to orders, new sales areas development;
- Customers contributions analysis, both from price, volume and mix;
- Control of customer credit and release order
- Leading in pricing project and make sure the implementation fully compliance
- Coordinate with customer service and provide good services to sales team and customers
- Big data analysis, identifying business opportunities
- To continually enhance organizational effectiveness by providing training/ monitoring/ coaching and aligning departmental responsibilities to develop finance team
- Gathering data from each entities in excel, power point slide and QLIK VIEW. Develop consolidation template for CEO report
- Follow up and get the variance explanation of entity's input
- Analysis on Working Capital Requirement and follow up action plan
- Control of R5X Selling and Admin cost
- Finance controller of new country in Philippines and Myanmar
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years work experiences from multinational company is preferable
- Experience in multinational company or manufacturing industry
- Ability to analyse variances and work independently
- Accuracy on numbers and logical thinking
- Good analytical, communication skill in term of business sense/perspective
- Good command of spoken and written English
- Acting as business partner
- Self-starter and good team player
- Target and result oriented
- Familiar with EPR program and analysis tools like TM1, Qliksense, BI or Cognos
- Familiar with consolidating and coordinating information
- Be able to work in multinational environment
