Principal Duties and Responsibilities:


 Subject matter expert for the robotic system as well procedure expert in multidisciplinary field as Neurosurgery and Orthopedic procedures
 Provide initial clinical support and facilitate the on-boarding of the hospital team for switch from conventional to robotic assisted procedures using system
 Support robotics promotional and educational activities in the South & East region of EMEA, including on site support at educational congresses, the zbilab facility and other local and country cluster promotional and educational activities
 Lead surgical teams through training pathways designed to educate and train surgeons, OR staff, sterilization and radiology on the robotic system
 Together with Sales team, develops a hospital specific multi-disciplinary plan to successfully complete on-boarding episode, increase robotic-assisted surgery procedures and develop follow-up sales opportunities
 On-boarding the local Sales Rep to take-over the clinical support after the onboarding episode is completed, follow-up the account post-implementation day
 In partnership with the hospital and the Sales team, develops and supports implementation of patient-information to raise awareness for robotic-assisted surgery as an alternative to conventional surgery, tailored to the local market opportunity
 During periodic program review meetings with hospital administration and surgeons, support the sales team in providing relevant data and analysis to drive feedback and recommendations aimed at helping the hospital meet its established goals post-implementation
 Connects with both the company Connect and the local Sales team to drive excitement for robotic-assisted surgery and achieving business goals
 Supports advance technology upgrades
 Perform new system installations, preventative maintenance, and troubleshooting and repair for installed systems following established processes
 Provide on-site support for product demonstrations and educational initiatives to build local and regional market awareness
 Mentor and support new hires during training period
 Support the products classroom training , as needed
 Serve as knowledge support for other in the field

Education/Experience Requirements


 Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required

 Minimum of 10 years of medical device experience

 Minimum of 3 years of clinical sales experience or orthopedic (joint replacement) sales or case coverage experience

 Prior experience with Robotics or advanced equipment preferred

 Prior experience with Orthopedic procedures preferred

 Ability to apply Project Management skills in an effort of advancing account development

 Ability to determine one's own schedule based on business needs
