Our client is a global health service company, specialized in Accident and Health insurance products in Thailand. They are now looking for ''Claim Manager - Accident &Health'' to provide fast, efficient and courteous claims to customer.

Responsibilities:

  • Evaluates claims compensation under authority given and as per defined KPIs
  • Follows up and handle those pending claims in the system with care and adjust the status and close the deal
  • Coordinates and works with internal and external functions
  • Controls and monitors claims payment, advanced and compensation as per those defined KPIs
  • Work with the Finance Department to ensure the accuracy of TPA claims accounting statistics
  • Lead claims colleagues for daily medical and non-medical claims processing
  • Provide training and coaching claims staff
  • Prepare business plan and budget to support business
  • Prepare monthly claims operation report to present claims performance
  • Participate in new product design and any task as assigned

Requirement:

  • At least Bachelor's degree in any related field
  • At least 5 years of experience in Accident & Health Claim is a must
  • At least 5 years of experience in management level (At least Assistant manager would be considered)
  • Experience in Claim Analysis is a necessary
  • Have a good understanding in contract law and insurance legislation
  • Have a good decision-making skill, negotiation skill, analytical mind, and sense of impartiality
  • Excellent in communication skill and coordinating skill
  • Professionalism
  • Languages capability: Fluent command of English (both spoken and written)
