This role is for a leading global FMCG company with a significant market share in personal care products. Committed to innovation and excellence, we are seeking a highly skilled Continuous Improvement Manager to join our dynamic team. This role presents an exciting opportunity for an individual with a strong background in project improvement, cost-saving initiatives, and a proven track record in driving continuous improvement (CI) efforts.

Job Responsibilities:

Continuous Improvement Strategy:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive continuous improvement strategy aligned with organizational goals and objectives.
    • Identify opportunities for process optimization and efficiency improvements across the supply chain, manufacturing, and related functions.

Project Management:

  • Lead and execute CI projects, ensuring they are completed within scope, on time, and within budget.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project goals, milestones, and deliverables.

Cost Saving Initiatives:

  • Analyze current processes and systems to identify opportunities for cost reduction without compromising product quality or safety.
    • Implement and monitor cost-saving initiatives, measuring and reporting on the impact of improvements.

Performance Metrics:

  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of continuous improvement initiatives.
    • Regularly assess and report on the performance of processes and projects, making data-driven recommendations for improvements.

Team Collaboration:

  • Work closely with departmental heads, managers, and team members to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
    • Provide training and guidance to employees on CI methodologies and tools.

Communication and Reporting:

  • Prepare and present regular reports on the progress of CI initiatives to senior management.
    • Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, ensuring alignment and understanding of CI goals and objectives.


  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; Master's degree preferred.
    • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a Continuous Improvement role within the FMCG industry.
    • Proven experience in leading successful CI projects with tangible results.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
