They are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Chief Operations Officer (COO) to lead our operations team and drive growth and efficiency within the organization.

Job Overview:

The COO will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our company's operations, including strategic planning, project management, customer service, and risk management. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the financial consumer industry and a proven track record of success in managing operations in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and productivity across the company
  • Lead and manage a team of operations professionals, including project managers, customer service representatives, and risk management specialists
  • Drive process improvements to enhance customer experience and reduce operational costs
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including regulators, vendors, and partners
  • Work closely with the executive team to develop and implement long-term strategic plans
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies and procedures
  • Monitor and report on key operational metrics, including service levels, customer satisfaction, and risk management performance
  • Identify and mitigate operational risks and develop contingency plans to minimize business disruption

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in business administration, finance, economies, or a related field; MBA preferred
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in the financial consumer industry, with at least 5 years in a senior operations management role
  • Strong leadership skills and proven ability to manage and motivate a high-performing team
  • Exceptional strategic planning and project management skills
  • Demonstrated ability to drive process improvements and optimize operational efficiency
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Fluent in Thai and English - Only THAI Nationality
