A retail client is looking for a dynamic and experienced regional Chief Operating Officer to join its Singapore office.
The regional COO role is a key member of the senior management team, reporting only to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO). You will drive operational excellence and sustainable solid growth.
Key responsibilities
- Strategise and lead business units' goal setting, performance management and annual operating planning to achieving topline and bottomline targets
- Review business performance data (including but not limited to revenue, EBITDA, customer service) and present business reports (critically identifying risks and opportunities) and action plans to the Board
- Champion digital-led initiatives across departments to drive business efficiency and effectiveness and customer experience
- Ensure and align for businesses compliance to regulatory requirements, including but not limited to Data Privacy laws
- Drive an inclusive and performance-based culture that demonstrate employees career development, optimize employees productivity, in tandem, align to the organisation goals
Key requirements
- Track record in outstanding leadership abilities and commercial achievements in Retail
- Solid working knowledge of data analysis, operation metrics, and retail performance math
- Comes with regional/global outlook and experiences
- Digital-savvy
