Successful candidates must have

  • 4-5 years in Business Process Improvement (Digital Transformation)
  • Previouse experience in Business Analyst or System Analyst in Logistics industry
  • Great understanding of different IT transformation solutions
  • Thai Nationality only***

Responsibilities

  • Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions.
  • Leading & Managing projects, developing project plans, and monitoring performance.
  • Updating, implementing, and maintaining procedures. Also, support implementation of new systems.
  • Monitoring deliverables and ensuring timely completion of projects.
  • Building and integrating information systems to meet the company's needs.
  • Assessing the systems architecture currently in place and working with technical staff to recommend solutions to improve it.
  • Account for possible project challenges on constraints including, risks, time, resources and scope

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in information technology, software engineering, computer science, or related field.
  • 5+ years of solid technical grounding and hands-on experience with IT Development
  • Great understanding of different IT transformation solutions
  • Sound knowledge of various operating systems, business process improvement, system improvement and database
  • Strong communication and presentation skills (verbal and written).
  • Passion for learning and for solving problems
  • Good written and verbal English communication
