Successful candidates must have
- 4-5 years in Business Process Improvement (Digital Transformation)
- Previouse experience in Business Analyst or System Analyst in Logistics industry
- Great understanding of different IT transformation solutions

Responsibilities
- Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions.
- Leading & Managing projects, developing project plans, and monitoring performance.
- Updating, implementing, and maintaining procedures. Also, support implementation of new systems.
- Monitoring deliverables and ensuring timely completion of projects.
- Building and integrating information systems to meet the company's needs.
- Assessing the systems architecture currently in place and working with technical staff to recommend solutions to improve it.
- Account for possible project challenges on constraints including, risks, time, resources and scope
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in information technology, software engineering, computer science, or related field.
- 5+ years of solid technical grounding and hands-on experience with IT Development
- Great understanding of different IT transformation solutions
- Sound knowledge of various operating systems, business process improvement, system improvement and database
- Strong communication and presentation skills (verbal and written).
- Passion for learning and for solving problems
- Good written and verbal English communication
