Our client is the world's #1 leading SaaS marketing analytics platform. They are looking for a highly driven Business Intelligence specialist who can grow to be a leader in the APAC level.
Key Responsibilities:
- Directly report to Customer Success Manager (expat in Bangkok) for the business coverge in SEA/ANZ, India, Korea and Japan closely
- Build and maintain data and create reporting dashboards on various platforms such as Looker, Salesforce, Zendesk.
- Applying insightful data conclusion to generate new opportunities for their Key Account Management/Customer Success team all over SEA+APAC region
- Improve data visualization
Key Qualifications:
- Excellent command of English
- Thai nationality
- 1 -2 years of experience as a Business / BI / Data Analyst in the company that sells SaaS
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, and analyze significant amounts of data
- Expert with SQL, Excel, Looker, and other similar BI tools (PowerBI, Tableau)
- Experienced turn-key project management from implementation to execution
- Degrees from world's top universities in Business Management / Statistics / Mathematics / Economics / Information System Engineering
- Understand the Marketing Technology business
- Can work stand alone (hands-on at the beginning) and matured enough to grow to become a Department Manager/Leader in the next 1-2 years
- Able to work on demand in different timezone (Asia, Middle East, Europe, North America)
