Business Analyst SQL - Established conglomerate

One of the long-history companies in Hong Kong is currently hiring 3 mid to Senior levels with great benefits and great in-house project exposure. Happy to go through each of them over a phone call or VC conversation.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Segments to provide reporting, analysis, and other support tasks to help the wagering segment meet its business KPIs. Use analytics tools to share actionable insights from the wagering segment's business issues and marketing programs with the team.
  • Assists the CRM Team in managing marketing initiatives/programs from start to finish by providing insights and recommendations based on data collected. Coordinate marketing programs to ensure accuracy, message communication, and operational efficiency.
  • Preparing customer targeting lists and determining the potential success of a marketing campaign and its impact on the wagering segment's business.
  • Collaborate with other departments and divisions to manage, integrate, and analyze customer data.
  • Other responsibilities as assigned by the Line Manager

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field is required.
  • 3-6 years of proven experience in segment marketing, marketing analytics, CRM, customer management, and analytics is required.
  • Capable of answering marketing questions using business data and analyzing and presenting results.
  • Eager to learn new systems or technologies and work with stakeholders.
  • Ability to work extensively with analytics tools to provide actionable insights on marketing, business performance, and trends.
  • Working knowledge of SQL.
  • Knowledge of various analytic tools such as R, VBA, and Power BI. Alteryx, and Tableau is advantageous.
  • Understanding, maintenance, and creation of database query scripts.
  • Cantonese speaking skills is required
