A well-known insurance company is looking for an experienced Business Analyst to support on the upcoming data modeling project. We are looking for someone who has experience in the insurance industry along with a good understanding in core insurance system, direct experience in life insurance is preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Work with the management team to process in the project
- Analyst business requirement and translate them to user criteria
- Coordinate with the product owners to get the requirements
- Take ownership of the business processes and provide the recommendation for improvement process in data management, error identification, quality control, etc
- Support on the technical strategic by helping to migrate code, data, process, etc
- Apply management tools and technique such as Data matrix, JIRA, etc
Qualifications:
- Graduated from IT or related fields
- Over 5 years' experience as a Business Analyst, System Analyst, Project Management Office, or related position.
- Strong business knowledge and experience in insurance industry, especially experience or involving the core insurance project (Life)
- Experience in data migration or data modeling project is a plus
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Good English communication skills
