as a Business Analyst, you will liaise with business stakeholders in order to understand, analyze, and articulate the needs of functional requirements. - Strong knowledge and understanding of testing strategies and techniques.
- Understanding of the SDLC and modelling/conceptualization of enterprise systems
- Interacting with both business and IT individuals at all levels.
- Demonstrated ability to liaise and consult with internal and external stakeholders;
- Exceptional analytical skills and experience defining software requirements for complex projects.
The successful candidate must possess the below following
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years experience in CRM platform or equivalent.
- Ability to understand complex technical concepts and present them in simple terms to non-technical team members and clients
