Responsibilities:
- Leading ongoing reviews of business processes, developing optimization strategies, and designing its processes and systems.
- Supporting business decisions by working closely with financial reporting and IT teams to establish initiatives and strategies to improve importing and to optimize costs.
- Identifying business requirements and defining the business solution.
- Business analyzing, summarize issues, opportunities, and solutions for a business.
- Analyzing user requirements and related documents.
- Monitoring deliverables and ensuring timely completion of projects
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, Management Information System, Information Technology, or related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experienced in Application Development as Business Analyst, System Analyst, developers, or testers.
- Core Banking - Financial Services or Software Development Life Cycle experiences would be a big advantage.
- Strong knowledge of networks, databases, and other technology to find the best solution for clients.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills to cooperation with project manager, Software Developer, QA and other related team.
- Good command in English.
