Business Analyst
(12 mth contract)
My client is a global engineering firm with strong experience handling turn key projects in the region. The application maintenance team is currently looking to expand the team and we are looking for business analyst to be joining my client's project.
You will get to be part of the dynamic team making up of experienced Project Managers, Architects and consultants and be part of the turn-key project team to provide business analyst support to the team and projects.
You will be handling the following function:
- Conduct User Requirement Gathering to understand the user requirements
- Document the user requirements clearly in the Requirement Specifications
- Writing of the Test Specifications based on the Requirements
- System Testing to ensure that the system is working based on the test specifications
- Responsible to ensure that the tested product is ready for delivery to customer
- Testing at the customer site could be involved
- Testing during engineering hours could be involved for live production system
Requirement
- Degree or Diploma in Business Administration / Computer Science / Computer Engineering / Information Technology
- Proficient in Microsoft products especially Power Point
- 3 to 4 years' experience in user requirement and testing experience is preferred
- Has successfully delivered projects with knowledge of Software Development Cycle
- Able to take on challenges of software project to deliver project on time with acceptable quality
- Able to communicate easily with others and pen down the requirements clearly
- Comfortable conducting presentation with the various stakeholders to align the understanding of the requirements
- Has gone through a full life cycle of IT projects from initial requirements phase to final acceptance of System
