Responsibilities:
- Responsible to work with different teams on best way to handle complex technical issues ranging from applications, infrastructure to security issues
- Work with stakeholders to prioritize deliverable and timelines
- Responsible to be the business bridge between users - translate user stories to derive business improvement and development
- Responsible for UAT and change management activities
- Familiar with application integration such as CRM, KYC, AML, Credit Card Payment, etc
Requirements:
- At least more than 3 years' of work experience in business analysis
- Experience in financial institutions is a must
- Familiar with working with scrum-based teams
- Able to influence and lead multiple levels of business stakeholders across business domain and technology domain
- Critical thinker and problem-solving mindset
