As part of their Digital Customer Solutions team, you will play a crucial role in driving the implementation, customization, and optimization of Salesforce solutions to support our client's sales and customer relationship management initiatives. Oversee the end-to-end deployment of new Salesforce solutions, with a focus on Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Salesforce Service Cloud at the regional office
Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical and functional Salesforce solutions.
Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture principles and best practices.
Provide technical guidance and expertise to the implementation team.
Oversee configuration, customization, and integration of Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Salesforce Service Cloud.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and data flow between Salesforce and other systems.
Define and enforce best practices for Salesforce solution deployment.
Identify and mitigate risks and issues associated with solution deployment.
Stay up-to-date with Salesforce platform updates and industry trends.


Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
10 years of experience in Salesforce solution deployment, particularly with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Salesforce Service Cloud.
Solid understanding of enterprise architecture principles and best practices.
Technical and functional expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Salesforce Service Cloud.
Proven experience leading Salesforce solution deployments and managing teams.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Salesforce certifications are highly desirable.
