Key responsibilities:
- Procurement operations - building the organization's sourcing model across all categories (ex-IT)
- Corporate governance - developing govern procurement policies and procedures
- Process development - process and procedures automation and standardization through e-procurement systems
- Procurement organization re-engineering - improve regional category management efficiency
- Stake holder's management and coaching
The ideal candidate:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or equivalent
- Regional procurement experience from a sizable multinational company
- Solid experience in wide procurement categories management
- Well versed in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- Excellent analytical and communications skills
- Independent and self-driven
- Strong stakeholders' management skills and the ability to work in a matrix organization
