A reputable beauty group with strong and well-known product portfolio is currently expanding their operation in Hong Kong. They are looking for an experienced and energetic Senior Trainer / Assistant Training Manager for the APAC operation. You will be responsible for delivering training program of the assigned brand across APAC.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist to identify training needs of responsible brand
- Design, formulate and execute training and development plans which align with business strategies
- Develop and foster a continued learning culture and ensure timely delivery of agreed upon schedules for retail training and development programs
- Deliver train-the-trainer and develop distributors to meet with business strategies
- Evaluate performance from markets and deliver insights
Key Requirements:
- Degree holder in Sales with minimum 4 years of training experience in Skincare/ Cosmetic category
- Detailed, proactive with good communications, presentation and influencing skills
- Good spoken and written English and Cantonese/other Asia language
- Able to travel
- Less experienced candidates will be considered as Senior Trainer
