Assistant CRM Engagement & Analytics Manager

This CRM and analytics manager role will be reporting to the Senior Manager of Data Analytics & CRM Engagement, this individual will be the key team member to lead the CRM engagement initiative with focus on customer segmentation and marketing automation functions from end to end (i.e. planning, preparing the proof of concept, executing in the system and post campaign analysis)

Responsibilities

  • Support the development of customer lifecycle activity planning in terms of acquisition, engagement and retention for the high value members
  • Conduct regular analysis for the campaign/promotion and make recommendation based on the pre and post campaign analysis
  • Lead the joint effort with Marketing and CRM team to plan and implement commercial activities

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in a comparable CRM or loyalty program role in property , luxury retail, beauty or hospitality industry
  • 2+ years of hands on experience with Salesforce Service Cloud and/or Salesforce Marketing Cloud
  • Experience with Data Visualisation and Dashboard Tools (i.e. Tableau, Power BI)
