My client, an expanding international insurance company is looking for Assistant Claims Managers to join the Life and Non-Life Claim teams.
Responsibilities
- Process and assess claims in a professional and effective manner as per Company's policies & objectives
- Assist to review and enhance claims guidelines and process to ensure excellent claims service
- Handle enquiries from distribution channels and also assist Customer Service Team to handle customers' enquiries relating to claims
- Train and coach junior team members as appropriate
Requirements
- Degree holder or tertiary graduate with 5+ years of experience in general insurance/ individual life claims
- Strong analytical and problem solving, self-motivated, excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels
- Good command of English and Chinese in both written and spoken
- Sound PC skills in MS Word, Excel & Chinese word processing
