A global beauty brand client is looking for a Regional Education Manger (Travel Retail) to join its Asia hub in Singapore.
This is a strategic and highly visible role where the position will partner with global headquarter teams and local teams to develop and drive meaningful education (across different formats: classical, online) for Train-the-Trainers, and enable them to build the best selling floor capabilities across the dynamic and competitive APAC travel retail environment.
Key responsibilities
- Partner with global and regional teams to identify, develop, and adapt relevant and compelling education materials and programmes (classical, digital, social, in-person) for the dynamic travel retailing partners and shoppers profiles in APAC
- Deliver Train-the-Trainers programmes
- Own the internal online training platform and champion consistent e-learning
Key requirements
- Successful stakeholders management experience across all levels, internal and external
- Strategic outlook with strong hands-on approach
- Solid track record in Train-the-Trainers
- Good working proficiency in Chinese/Mandarin to work effectively with Greater China teams
- Experienced in virtual selling and digital learning
Remuneration budget
- Between S$100,0000 S$144,000 annual base, + variable bonus
