We are partnering with Edrington to search for a strategic and influential APAC Head of Operations to join its Singapore office.
Reporting to the APAC President, you will deliver best in-class technical know-how to achieving efficient end-to-end operations (across supply chain, demand planning and customer service), in tandem, participate in the Asia Leadership Team.
Key responsibilities:
- The Head of Operations will lead, build and develop a strong team that will drive the Operation functions (demand planning, supply chain, customer service) to achieve Edrington APAC's ambition and strategic roadmap
- The geographical scope includes direct responsibilities for four owned markets in APAC, alongside advisory roles for affiliated markets
- Reporting to the Edrington APAC MD, this position will manage a sizeable team of direct and dotted-line members.
Key requirements:
- Established supply chain experience in the luxury, beauty or finished consumer products
- Comes with existing experiences and gravitas to participate as an active member of the Edrington APAC leadership team and Global Supply Chain community
- Strong experiences in extensive people/team and relationship management across all levels (within internal teams, with global HQ, and with external stakeholders)
Remuneration Budget:
- Between S$130,000 and S$208,000 fixed annual remuneration
- Variable company and individual performance bonus
