Our client is a Thailand fast growing Insurtech company which aim to make an insurance product easier, faster, and cheaper for Thai consumer. They are now looking for "Agency Channel Manager '' to responsible for insurance sales growth and business expansion in Agent channel.
Responsibilities:
- Manage all subsidiary companies and insurance agents over 2,000 agents
- Develop and maintain a good relationship with agents, manager, and team leader
- Develop new campaign to drive up the sales to meet the sales target
- Conduct training for agenct to improve their performance and drive their motivation
- Conducts sales meetings and participates in broker meetings
- Manage agency complaints, requests and issues throughout the sales cycle
- Manage P&L
Requirement:
- Thai nationality only
- At least Bachelor's degree in any related field
- At least 5 years of related work experience in Insurance company, focus on agenct development
- Sales Training experience would be advantage.
- Excellent in communication skill and coordinating skill
- Professionalism
- Languages capability: Fluent command of English (both spoken and written)
