Administration Manager

You will be supervising a team of office admin, and reporting directly to the Head of HR & Admin of HK office. Job duties include:

  • Fully responsible for and managing the team to support full spectrum of administration duties including but not limited to general office adminstration, travel arrangement, fixed assets mangement, company events, office renovation and maintenance, service contracts renewal
  • Lead various staff enagement events, for example Annual Dinner and Team Building
  • Prepare management reports, business corresponddences and presentation material
  • Involved in developing, reviewing and implementing administration policies, procedures and guidelines
  • Coordinate various functions and handle various projects as assigned by Head of HR and Admin

Skills & Experiences Required

To be successful in this role, you must possess:

  • Degree holder or above in related disciplines
  • Minimum of 8 years of relevant administrative work experience at corporate level, in which at least 3 years' experience in managerial level
  • Prior experiences in PRC/ sizeable companies would be advantageous
  • Excellent command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Self-motivated, tactful, fast-paced, well-organised, detail-oriented and able to multitask
  • Excellent problem solving skills
  • Proficient with MS Office applications, including MS Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing
