Role
Administration and Accounts Manager / PRO
o Responsible for office maintenance, general issues, insurance and licenses
o Managing local payroll and set up of local employment contracts
o Upload payments for suppliers, payroll, expenses and other governmental services
o Manage the local petty cash reports, reconciliation, archiving and posting
o Collect and give regular updates on all work and migration standards from the government
offices
o Submit, follow-up and gather all new work and business visas to guarantee that the visas are
handled and processed on time
o Makes sure all business and trade Licenses are updated
o Accurately prepare and process required legal documents
o When the need arises, represent the company at different government departments
o Deal promptly and productively on general enquiries about PRO functions
o Assist the office in determining any issues identified with organization vehicle registration and
renewals
o Acquire visas from different Embassies in Saudi for staff members for business related travels
o Handle the process of getting residency permits etc.

- Arabic speaker
- Organized and structured individual with good work ethics
- Excellent communication skills
- PRO or Administration background, Accounting background is also suitable
