The challenge:

Our client, a multinational chain of personal care and beauty stores, was on a major digitalisation drive and wanted to create a best-in-class Digital and eCommerce team from scratch to evolve and grow their business. They engaged us exclusively as experts in Digital recruitment to source a Digital Marketing Manager, Digital Communications Manager, Head of CRM and a Customer Experience Manager. They naturally wanted to see the best candidates but needed advice on suitable target industries based on functional capability.

Our solution:

We agreed an incrementally reducing fee for each placement, as well as providing feedback within 24 hours of each interview. In the interests of speed, we aimed for the entire interview process to be completed within two weeks and any offers to go out 48 hours after the final stage.
