We worked with Fonterra, one of the world’s largest dairy companies, to help build their new structure and team. 


The dairy industry is facing slow growth, regionally and globally. We had to introduce Fonterra’s new structure along with a new direction that would enable them to win in the industry. 

There were 7 newly created roles to fill. It was important to find candidates who’d have the right mix of technical and functional expertise, as well as cultural/personality fit. 


Through a wider market mapping & headhunting exercise, we identified 200 relevant candidates that hit the brief. We conducted competency based face-to-face interviews with over 50 of these candidates.
